Coaching is all about change, but not all change is the same and coaches need to be able to support three types of change: proactive change, transitions, and deep transformation. This course provides students the knowledge and skills necessary for coaching people and groups through change. Attention is given to understanding different types of change, how to support people going through transitions, and how to use coaching to initiate positive change.

FOUNDATIONAL DYNAMICS OF COACHING FOR GROWTH | ICF CERTIFIED:
This course is designed to help the student move to a more masterful coaching level and focuses on growth for the coach, as a coach and as a person, and growth in the client so that the client can better sustain their results. Learn how to apply the ICF Code of Ethics and 11 ICF Core Competencies into coaching, and practice coaching with feedback. Completing this course with a credentialed Insight Coaching STL PCC-level trainer gives you 16 hours of ACSTH (accredited coach-specific training hours) approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

This 6 week online course will introduce you to the use of coaching in helping others to navigate, change, transition through transformational coaching. This course will provide an overview of the necessary skills to become an effective coach. Students will spend time developing their coaching skills.
