FOUNDATIONAL DYNAMICS OF COACHING FOR GROWTH | ICF CERTIFIED:
Earn 16 ACSTH accredited ICF-approved coach-specific training hours, delivered online with Zoom: 8 weeks of sessions, 2 hours in each online session. This course is designed to help the student move to a more masterful coaching level and focuses on growth for the coach, as a coach and as a person, and growth in the client so that the client can better sustain their results. Learn how to apply the ICF Code of Ethics and 11 ICF Core Competencies into coaching, and practice coaching with feedback. Completing this course with a credentialed Insight Coaching STL PCC-level trainer gives you 16 hours of ACSTH (accredited coach-specific training hours) approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
