This course gives the student practical experience by coaching, being coached, and by assessing the coaching of the other students. This is a Pilot course. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) requires a course to be piloted (tested) before it can be submitted for accreditation. Once approved by ICF, this course will give the student 8 hours of ACSTH Coach Specific Training. Student will practice coaching in class with feedback by trainer and other cohort students, learn how to apply the ICF Statement of Ethical Conduct and 11 Core Competencies into coaching for results. Pre-requisite: 201 Foundational Dynamics of Coaching for Results or equivalent ICF-approved course. This Pilot course is offered for free.
