COACHING BASICS | 6 Online Sessions: 
This 6 week online course will introduce you to the basics of coaching and it's definition. Learn the distinctions between coaching and other similar helping professions. This course will provide an overview of the necessary skills to become an effective coach. Students will spend time developing their coaching skills.


CHANGE TRANSITION TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING | 6 Online Sessions: 
This 6 week online course will introduce you to the use of coaching in helping others to navigate, change, transition through transformational coaching. This course will provide an overview of the necessary skills to become an effective coach. Students will spend time developing their coaching skills. You must complete Coaching Basics before you can register for this course.


UNIT 501 | INTRODUCTION TO COACHING
(Two Day Course)

This course provides the basic foundation for understanding and practicing coaching. Topics covered include: core coaching skills, coaching conversation model, the biblical basis for coaching, how coaching is distinct from counseling and mentoring, and how you can use coaching in your ministries or workplace. You will finish the course ready and able to use coaching at a basic level. NOTE: This class is a pre-requisite for all additional coaching classes.


UNIT 503 | CHANGE TRANSITION & TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING:

(Two Day Course)
Coaching is all about change, but not all change is the same and coaches need to be able to support three types of change: proactive change, transitions, and deep transformation. This course provides students the knowledge and skills necessary for coaching people and groups through change. Attention is given to understanding different types of change, how to support people going through transitions, and how to use coaching to initiate positive change.


UNIT 504 | COACHING AS A BRAIN-BASED LEARNING CATALYST:

Two Day Course
In the coaching relationship the coach is a learning partner in the person being coached’s (PBC) growth. This class will provide information different learning styles, cognitive preferences, and learning processes that reflects how the brain works in order to generate powerful results in the person being coached. Skill development focuses upon incorporating the knowledge of learning into coaching questions, statements, and listening.

** In order to participate in this advanced class you must have completed "Foundations of Christian Coaching" (UNIT 501).


UNIT 505 | LANGUAGE OF COACHING:

(Two Day Course)
Beyond the basic coaching skills, there are advanced coaching skills that allow a coach to promote discovery and gain new insights. Among these advanced skills most important for a coach are key language elements such as metaphor, parables, storytelling, sharing of self and formulas. The advanced coach also must learn how to listen more intently for distinctions, yellow flag words and ways to synthesize the PBC’s words for the benefit of the PBC.

Students will explore the different uses of language, including distinctions, metaphors, stories, formulas, and other language formats that are effective when coaching.

** In order to participate in this advanced class you must have completed "Foundations of Christian Coaching" (CAM 501).


UNIT 507 – COACHING TEAMS:

(Two Day Course)
Almost everything that we do in the life of the body of Christ is done with more than one person involved. This course distinguishes coaching individuals from coaching groups or coaching teams. The skills and models are different for each of these. We will focus on how to be a highly effective coach of teams in a church or denominational setting.

** In order to participate in this advanced class you must have completed "Foundations of Christian Coaching" (CAM 501).


UNIT 508 - COACH APPROACH TO EVANGELISM AND DISCIPLESHIP:

(Two Day Course)
This course facilitates the coach to understand and appreciate coaching as an evangelism and discipleship relationship.Use coaching skills and the coaching process to help people move forward in faith commitments. Increase effectiveness as a catalyst for discipleship and evangelism.

** In order to participate in this advanced class you must have completed "Foundations of Christian Coaching" (CAM 501).


UNIT 510 | COACH APPROACH TO LEADING & MANAGING:

(Two Day Course)

This course provides students the knowledge and skill necessary for taking a coach approach to working with teams, managing direct repots/volunteers, and leading within a church or other organization. Learn new skills and models for coaching, as well as working with teams.

** In order to participate in this advanced class you must have completed "Foundations of Christian Coaching" (CAM 501).


UNIT 511 - GROWING YOUR COACHING PRACTICE

(Two Day Course)

This advanced coaching class will help you…Gain new clarity about WHO you are and how your God-given identity needs to inform everything else about your coaching practice. Develop a a strong sense of WHAT you offer as a coach and how to share the benefits your clients gain by working with you. Zero in on WHOM you serve: your ideal client, niche, target market and their buying objectives. Design a clear five-part strategy for HOW you will grow your practice, covering the essentials of expanding your network, nurturing your network, contracting, strong starts with clients, and developing loyalty and referrals.

** In order to participate in this advanced class you must have completed "Foundations of Christian Coaching" (CAM 501).


THE COACH APPROACH TO CONFLICT COMPETENCE:

(Two day course & Available Online)
The Coach Approach to Conflict Competence course provides a comprehensive coach approaches for managing workplace conflict. This course integrates theory, practice, and exercises to help participants improve their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral coach approaches to conflict. The course gives coaches a proven, effective way to improve conflict coaching skills that can be taught to parents, volunteers, and pastoral staff.
