Advance Coaching Cohort

Level One & TWO

Next ONLINE Sessions BEGIN: MARCH 2023

Registration: $405/Person




The Cohort is for anyone looking to advance their coaching skills, and pursue AG Coaching Certification. The Cohorts will provide the mentor & peer coaching hours required in order to apply for AG Coaching Certification.


The Cohort exists to support new coaches in their development as a coach and their coaching practices. The Cohort provides opportunities for coaches to sharpen their skills with support from seasoned coaches. The Cohort goal is to take the principles a coach learns and apply them to their practice. 


- Coach Training

- Mentor Coaching from experienced coaches

- Peer Coaching opportunities to meet the requirements for AG Coaching Certification


Must have completed two of the following courses:

- 501 Intro to Coaching or equivalent

- 503 Transformational Change or equivalent


Must have completed three of the following courses:

- 501 Intro to Coaching or equivalent

- 503 Transformational Change or equivalent

- And one of the following: 502, 507, 508 or 510 or equivalent courses

*Online Sessions are facilitated via Zoom Video Conferencing.

  • Dr. Bill Ellis, PCC, AGPC

    Bill Ellis is the founder of Clearstream Leadership Solutions, providing assessment, development, and transition solutions for pastors, executives, and their teams. He is also the Founding Pastor of Riverside Community Church, a multi-site church in the Pittsburgh area where, after 32 years of faithful leadership, he passed the baton to his successor in 2020. He is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and he serves as facilitator of the Penn-Del Coaching Network. Bill completed Asbury Seminary’s Beeson Institute for Advanced Church Leadership and he earned his doctorate at The Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.

  • Dr. Vicki Farina, PCC, AGPC

    Vicki Farina, a leadership coach and managing partner with The Farina Group is a certified PCC coach by the International Coach Federation. She completed her doctorate in Professional Coaching at The Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Since 2002, Vicki has been providing executive leadership coaching and transition coaching to individual leaders and organizational teams to enhance their self-awareness, communication, decision-making, and effectiveness.

  • Dr. Joshua Torres, PCC, AGPC

    Josh Torres is the CEO of Torres Coaching Group, a coaching firm, located in the New York Tristate Area. He is a respected advisor, and coach recognized expert in the field, with a passion for identifying the tools and skills executives, need to act. He is committed to helping individuals, corporations and non-profit organizations achieve results by capitalizing on their leadership potential. Utilizing a systems approach, he employs a series of assessment tools to pinpoint critical behavioral goals, provides direct, targeted feedback and coaches with a specific development plan. His method creates a cycle of action and learning, leading, to sustained improvements in performance. Joshua holds a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry, M.A in Christian Leadership, (Both from the University of Valley Forge) and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership (From Regent University). He holds a number of coaching certifications such as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from the international Coaching Federation, Conflict Management Coach from the Center for Conflict Dynamics, and CPMC (Certified People Management Coach) from the Workplace Coach Institute. Joshua has spent the last 14 years coaching Pastors, Missionaries, Entrepreneurs, Teams, and Business Leaders to effectively impact their community and market. In addition to his many certifications, Joshua is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. Over the last 16 years Joshua has served in a variety of ministerial leadership positions.
