The AG Coaching Task Force is comprised of ICF & Assemblies of God Certified Coaches.

  • Dr. SAM FARINA, PCC, AGPC

    Sam draws from years of church leadership and is well known for his dynamic and creative speaking ability. Sam pioneered to create the Assemblies of God Coaching Network, and holds PCC certification with the International Coach Federation and gives focus to executive, individual and team coaching. He holds a Doctorate of Ministry with an emphasis in professional coaching. 

  • Rev. Dan Abbatiello, MA, PCC, AGPC

    Dan serves as the Director of Church Development for the Northern New England District Network in Portland Maine. His present responsibilities include new church planting, church health and leadership development. Dan earned his Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, is a Certified Leadership Coach and Certified Consultant. He specializes in leadership development organizational coaching and healthy church systems. Dan has worked large and small churches in rural, suburban and urban contexts. His experience, training and education give him a unique perspective enabling him to understand how to help pastors, leaders and congregations become all God intends them to be.

  • Dr. William Ellis, PCC, AGPC

    Bill is a PCC Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and is a certified Leader and Talent Management Coach and leadership assessment coach. He specializes in coaching teams and leaders in strategic planning, transitional and transformational change and maximizing one's personal potential and fulfillment. Bill's doctoral program focused on professional leadership coaching with an emphasis on team coaching. He is also the founding pastor of Riverside Community Church, a multi-site outreach located in Pittsburgh, PA. 

  • Dr. Joshua Torres, PCC, AGPC

    Josh is the CEO of Torres Coaching Group, a coaching firm, located in the New York Tristate Area. Joshua holds a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry, M.A in Christian Leadership, (University of Valley Forge) and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership (From Regent University). He holds a number of coaching certifications such as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from the International Coaching Federation, Conflict Management Coach from the Center for Conflict Dynamics, and CPMC (Certified People Management Coach) from the Workplace Coach Institute. 

  • REV. Amy De Vries, MA, PCC, AGPC

    Amy holds an MA in Christian Ministries with an emphasis on professional coaching, PCC Certification with the International Coach Federation, and PC (Proficient Coach) with AG Coaching. She is also a certified Leadership and Talent Management Coach. She is a personal Leadership and Coach Coordinator with the Northwest Ministries Network and a certified Coach Trainer with Coach Approach Ministries.
